Although I am based in the United Kingdom, I have customised shoes for clients around the world and can ship to any country. The cost of the additional postage to countries outside the UK (not including any charges applied by customs in your own country) will be incorporated into price I quote you for your requested custom design.

I send all shoes via Royal Mail. If you are based in the UK, they will be sent via Special Delivery which is a 1pm next-day service. Orders from outside the UK will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked service. All services are fully-insured and trackable online.

Please note, all shoes sent to me from outside the UK must be accompanied by the relevant Customs Declaration form (CN22). This includes all European Union countries as the UK is no longer a member of the EU. The form can be printed out online or supplied by your local post office. You must ensure you fill the CN22 form in correctly. If charges are requested, you will need to pay the additional cost before I can collect your shoes from the courier.

Import charges are not usually applicable when I return your shoes to you, however, this is ultimately out of my control. Please be aware that you will need to pay any import duty or other charges that may be added by customs in your country. Please contact your local courier directly for further information in the unlikely event of import charges being requested.

Please see the example below on how to complete the CN22 form.

Please remove the cleats from you cycling shoes before sending them to me and ensure they are packed securely and labelled correctly before they are posted. You can send them in any packaging you choose, however, unless requested otherwise, all shoes will be returned in one of my custom shoe boxes which meet postage weight and size restrictions.

For obvious reasons of hygiene, please ensure your shoes are clean and free from mud when they are sent in.
